Our work starts from real property experience. Through our own portfolio we manage assets, coordinate maintenance, improve buildings, and make long-term decisions every day.

That shapes how we work with clients. When we build, we build to the standard we’d want in a property we were keeping. When we advise on a purchase, a sale, or a lease, it’s with an owner’s sense of what a building costs to run and what it’s worth over time.

Co-Founder & Chairman

Licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX. Joe leads the long-term vision, strategy, and growth of the RAFTIS portfolio.

Jordan Raftis

Co-Founder, Head of Construction & Property Management

Civil engineering graduate of Queen’s University, with EllisDon experience on major Toronto projects including Forma and Portland Commons. Jordan leads construction, property management, and portfolio operations.

Brand Raftis

Head of Real Estate

University of Toronto mechanical engineer and licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX. Brandon combines technical training with real estate insight, supporting acquisitions, property analysis, leasing, and growth across the RAFTIS portfolio.
